Caring Miracles was founded by Eleanor Francis, a Registered Nurse, but its story began long before it became a business.

For nearly five years, I cared for my mother as she lived with severe, debilitating Alzheimer's dementia.
I knew healthcare professionally. Dementia taught me caregiving personally.
I learned what it means to watch someone you love change before your eyes. I learned the exhaustion of caregiving, the constant concern, the difficult days, the unexpected moments of joy, and the strength families somehow find when they think they have nothing left to give.
It was difficult. At times, it was crippling.
But it also gave me resilience, patience and a profound respect for individuals living with dementia — and an entirely different understanding of the families walking beside them.
I know what it means to need a moment to yourself while still worrying about the person you love.
I know how important it is to have someone you can trust simply be there.
That experience became part of the heart behind Caring Miracles.
